- Assist Head of I&R to roll out and make sure all of the innovation and renovation products are launch based on agreed timeline year by year.
- In order to roll out the projects, he/she has to understand the out of home market therefore need to go to the market in all channels.
- Should be able to create the "right product and the right solution" for each channel.
- Should be able to make and assist a beverage regular demo to target Customer together with KAM/Sales team.
- Should be able to create a "new" beverage : concoction, new mixes, etc.
